The New Age
The so-called New Age, a historical time of spiritual transformation, has been strongly shaping the global cultural landscape that we’re living in right now. Musical artists are integrating practices and frequencies in order to heal and to offer a space to the listeners not only to have fun but to create a deeper healing using the science of well-being.
Have you ever scrolled through social media and come across a post that made you think: “What the hell are they talking about”? Well, that was exactly my reaction when I first saw a video of a producer/DJ who claimed to mix a special frequency into his songs that could subconsciously heal the listener. And by "healing", I mean releasing unpleasant emotions and stagnant energy. To me, he seemed like some kind of wizard.
Digging deeper into the world of vibrations and frequencies, the very essence of all sounds, I made some incredible discoveries. It turns out that most of the music we listen to today is tuned to 440 Hz, while scientific studies suggest that the natural frequency of the universe vibrates at 432 Hz.
Obviously, the human ear can’t perceive such a small change at all, but research confirms that listening to sounds at 432 Hz allows the brain’s DNA to enter a state of self-healing.
This manifests through deeper breathing, steadier heartbeats, shifts in brainwaves, and an overall stimulation of balance and mind-body relaxation. It’s not hard to believe, especially when we consider how profoundly music affects our state of mind.
But another crazy part is that pillars of classical music like Mozart and Verdi were aware of this subtle difference. They noted that tuning the note A (LA) to the natural frequency of 432 Hz evoked a completely different reaction from their audiences. Listeners appeared more relaxed and receptive, whereas the 440 Hz tuning seemed to encourage distraction and even anti-social behaviors.
This “secret formula” was even adapted by Pink Floyd, and it found strong support from Nikola Tesla, who hugely sustained this thesis, confirming that the universal language is built on frequencies and vibrations.
But how does this relate to the current music industry?
Well, the New Age movement didn’t just spark yoga trends and an increase in full-moon festivals. It also inspired a wave of wellness enthusiasts to create music aligned with these principles. Their goal is to craft sounds that not only entertain but actively shape their listeners’ vibrations, offering subtle, invisible benefits through the power of music.
An incredible artist from California who has rapidly climbed YouTube playlists is Dianna Lopez, who counts thousands of listeners on her channel. She crafts ethereal melodies with her mint-colored electric guitar and reverb-laden synths, creating sounds which instantly make your soul levitate. Her sessions, often an hour long, are beautifully set in nature, where birds become her harmonious choristers. She tunes her music to 111 Hz, known as the "sacred frequency", for its ability to unlock intuitive energy - acting like a bridge between the body and something higher.
Chantress Seba is a duo that deserves an honorable mention as well. With complementary vocal and instrumental talents, they’ve created a YouTube project that showcases their divine harmonies and melodies, offering a sanctuary for deep reflection and self-soothing amidst the chaos of the digital age.

Festivals are increasingly embracing this multidimensional approach, where DJs integrate these principles into their mixing processes, creating atmospheres and techno-driven soundscapes that allow attendees to liberate themselves on every level.
Lately, a phenomenon has captivated millions worldwide: immersive experiences inspired by futuristic visions, portraying humans as advanced beings intricately connected to the universe - almost like cinematic extraterrestrials.
One standout example is Afterlife, a mesmerizing event you’ve likely seen or been amazed by. This project was conceived by Tale of Us, a DJ duo formed by Italian artists Anyma and Mrak. Attendees of their futuristic shows report experiencing a profound sense of collective consciousness, a higher sense of freedom and hope. The vibration of the music resonates deeply, moving through their bodies in a way that feels entirely different from other raves or music festivals they’ve attended.
This connection has countless shades that need to be further explored, understood and felt by us humans. One thing is clear: music has been confirmed as that great bridge that clears the filters of our blind eyes and hearts. Miracles are much closer than we think.
